Asencion Medina Obituary

Asencion Medina, 89, of San Angelo, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2018. Viewing will be on Monday from 2:00 pm till 9:00 pm with a Rosary being read at 7:00 pm Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Fr. Emilio Sosa, officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North. Mrs. Medina was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Medina and her son Arnoldo Medina. Survivors include her children, Mario Pacheco, Leonardo Medina Jr., Antonio Medina, Jaime Medina and Lurdes Juarez. Other survivors include her siblings, Severiano Pacheco, Jose Pacheco, Heriberto Pacheco, Alfredo Pacheco, Lupe Delgado and Dominga Garza. She had eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank Dr. Norma Cerna and her staff and HOSA. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Juarez Jr., Mario Pacheco Jr, Gilbert Rojas, Nick Garza, Raul Rodriguez, Jr. and Rudy Muniz.
