Jose Felix Acosta

Jose  Felix  Acosta  92, passed away surrounded by his family on May 29, 2018.    A Rosary will be read at 7:00 pm on Thursday at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North. Funeral Mass will be on Friday at 1:00 pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Fr. Emilio Sosa, pastor, officiating.  Interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.  Mr. Acosta was born on November 23, 1925 in Mexico.  He is preceded in death by his wife Zapopan and his son Eloy Acosta.  Survivors include two sons, Jose Acosta and wife Concepcion and Noe Acosta and wife Rosemary of San Angelo and two daughters, Linda A. Serna of San Angelo and Lydia Rausch and husband Lee of Wisconsin.  Other survivors include 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Services are under the direction of Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North.
