Carolina Gonzales

Carolina Robles Gonzales was born on May 8, 1927 in McCamey, TX.  She passed away on February 25, 2019 in San Angelo, TX.  Carolina is survived by her daughter, Mary E Gonzales and her sister Mary Obledo both of San Antonio, three uncles Jesse Castillo, Albert Castillo (Modesta) and Raymond Castillo (Pauline) all of San Angelo, niece Connie Robles Lara of Big Lake, nephew Andy Robles of Castroville as well as other nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Eloy O Gonzales.  They are now resting in peace on that big ranch in the sky.  Carolina is also survived by loving members of her extended family including Scott and Mickey McGregor, Angie McGregor Plemons, Caty McGregor Pickett, John McGregor, Donna and Marshall Harbour, Will and Gail Parker, and Peggy Whiten.  A heartful thank you to those who took the time to take Carolina to her appointments, called her, wrote her, or visited her in accordance with Matthew 25:36b. “I was sick and you looked after me.”  Thank you to Kindred Home Health and Kindred Hospice for their compassionate care.  At Carolina’s request there will be no memorial service or viewing.  Memorial donations may be directed to Meals for the Elderly in San Angelo or St. James Episcopal Church of Fort McKavett.  Family and friends may post online condolences at gutierrezfuneralchapels.com.
