Jessica Hernandez Perez, 28, of San Angelo, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 10, 2006.

A Rosary will be read at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North.
Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Church. Interment will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include her husband, Liberio Perez, two sons, Miguel Angel Hernandez, Liberio Perez IV and one daughter, Josephine Lee Perez. Also surviving are two sisters, Jennifer Hernandez and Crystal Gonzales both of San Angelo.
