Lidia Renteria Orona, 85, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017, in San Angelo.  She was born August 15, 1932, in Barstow, TX, to Lucia (Rodriguez) Renteria and Pedro Renteria.

Lidia was preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Lucia Renteria; husband, Luis L. Orona; daughter, Sylvia Bandusky; and son, Roberto Nabarrette; sister, Elosia Estrada; brothers, Daniel Renteria, Ruben Renteria, Simon Renteria, Pedro Renteria, Jr., and Raul Renteria.

She is survived by her children: Rebecca Valenzuela of Monahans, TX, Margie Navarrette of Pecos, TX, Domingo Navarrette, Jr., Delma Navarrette, Rodolfo Navarrette, Alfredo Navarrette, Gilberto Navarrette, and Javier Navarrette all of San Angelo, TX; 22 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Lidia is also survived by her siblings: Frances Castillo and George Renteria of Pecos, TX, Ramon Renteria and Ysabel Renteria of West Covina, CA, Stella Usery of Tulare, CA, Angelita Cobo of Fontana, CA, Sammy Aguilar of Placentia, CA, Rosemary Aguilar of Baldwin Park, CA; lots of nieces and nephews, great-grandnieces and nephews, and great-great grandnieces and nephews, and great-great-great grandnieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, September 19 and 20 at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels from 3:00 to 9:00 P.M.  A Prayer Services will be conducted at 8:00 P.M. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel.  Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday, September 21 at 10:00 A.M. at Templo Siloe Christian Church, 1625 Upton St., San Angelo, TX, 76905.  Interment will follow at Johnson's Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens.
