She practiced her vocation at Shannon Medical Center, Blood Bank Center, Nursing Homes and at other private practices such as Dr. Arledge, Dr. Martinez and Dr. Calo. Oralia touched many lives with her healing hands and caring heart until she could no longer work due to health issues. Oralia, known to many as "Lala" or "Honey" fought and survived breast cancer at the age of 35 which gave her many more years with her family and friends. She endured many years of dealing with the pain that developed but she never allowed it to stop her from any family functions and activities, which she loved and enjoyed. She was a devoted and dedicated wife to her husband Henry Dienda with whom she fell in love with and married in 1960. They were happily married for 56 years and had four children together. Oralia enjoyed traveling with her family making many wonderful memories for all. She enjoyed playing dominoes in her leisure time. Bowling was one of her favorite activities in which she enjoyed torching the pins with her amazing spin she put on the ball. She enjoyed tea parties with her nieces and granddaughters teaching them drinking tea etiquettes and she also collected teapots. Oralia was an active member of her Baptist church community where she enjoyed singing with the choir. Another of her favorite hobbies was singing. She also sewed and would make special blankets for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Ricky Dienda, her parents, Santiago and Ascension Lopez and her brother Jim Lopez Jr. She leaves behind to cherish her memories, her spouse Henry Dienda, her daughter Susan D Castillo and her husband Roy of Princeton, TX, her son Steven L Dienda and wife Barbara of Corpus Christi, Tx; her daughter Rachel L Dienda of San Angelo, Tx; her grandchildren Lesley Herrera, Roy S.
