Anthony Cecil Simmons

It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my son Tony. He passed away on November 14, 2024, at 43 years old. He was a wonderful son. In recent years his health declined, he was in great pain and discomfort..

He will be loved and missed by many.  Tony is survived by his mother, Azalea Simmons, brother, George Simmons, step-brother, Richard Simmons, and sister, Tonya Bearden.

He also leaves behind nieces and nephews whom he loved greatly, including: Savanah, Jesse, Kelli, Michael, and George; his cousins Caellum, Harley, and Cecil; Aunts: Evelyn Ammons, Sybil Craig, Della Lewis (Jimmy), Helen Craig, and Uncle Jimmy Craig (Samantha) and numerous cousins.

Tony is preceded in death by his father, George Simmons, step sister, Barbara Pritchard, cousin, Tracy Westbrook, Uncle, Cecil Craig; Grandparents: Horace Cecil and Rose Lee Craig.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on November 25, 2024, at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, 1002 North Oakes Street, San Angelo, Texas..
