Carolina Vargas

Carolina Segoviano Vargas, age 76, took her last breath as she held her son Rodrigo Vargas Jr’s hand on March 10, 2024 in San Angelo, Texas. She was born on February 19, 1948 in Mexico. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Rodrigo Vargas Jr and Gamaliel Vargas, along with numerous granddaughters, grandsons, and great grandchildren who referred to her as their “Guela Bomba.” Also left behind are her brothers & sisters, whom she was all very close to. Carolina will be remembered for her never ending love, the quilts that she made, all of the lectures that she gave, and her staple to her everyday look.. her blackout sunshades. She will be missed deeply & dearly. This is not a goodbye, but see you later. We love you Guela!
