Collin Andrew Lay, 22, of Rio Grande City, Texas passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022. Collin was born in Everett, Washington on August 19, 2000. He loved to laugh, sing and worship. Collin is survived by his loving parents Angela & George Norwood of San Angelo; one brother: Robert Lay, Jr. of San Angelo; three stepsisters: Candace Garza of Odessa, TX, Trina Westbury of Odessa, TX, and Brittany Westbury of McCamey, TX. Also surviving Collin is Robert Lay, Sr. and his maternal Grandparents: Susan & Bruce Forester of Sequim, Washington. Other survivors include his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing and Visitation will start at 9:00 am, Saturday, January 7, 2023, at Parkside Community Four Square Church located at 3024 Freeland Ave, San Angelo, Texas 76901. Funeral Services will commence at 10:00 am at the church with burial following at Belvedere Memorial Gardens in San Angelo, TX. Services are entrusted to Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, San Angelo, Texas.
