David Borrego

David G. "Le Dave" Borrego, born on February 16, 1961, in Del Rio, Texas, passed away on January 21, 2025, in San Angelo, Texas.

David was known for his vibrant personality and boundless energy. A natural storyteller, dancing enthusiast, and singer, he left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. Whether through lifelong friendships or brief moments of connection, David had a unique ability to light up any room and bring joy to those around him. He embraced life with passion and ensured he was always the star of the show.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Eliverio and Belia Mata; his two sisters, Etheal and Maggie Borrego; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will cherish his memory.

May David’s legacy of laughter and love continue to inspire all who knew him.
