Dineace Fleeks

What rejoicing there must have been in heaven when on Friday, September 9, 2022, Dineace "Dean" Fleeks made her safe flight from earth down below to dwell in eternity with her Heavenly Father above. Dineace Fleeks was born in San Angelo, Texas to Charlie Malone and Dorothy Berry on July 29, 1950.  To her family, she was a faithful wife, devoted mother, loving sister and an affectionate grandmother and great grandmother.  To other relatives, neighbors, friends, and all who knew Dineace, she was a heart full of love, service and sacrifice.  She was never too busy nor too tired to help someone in need.  

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children, Billy Fleeks, III and Charles Mitchell, Patrick Mitchell, her daughter, Dorothy Mitchell and an adopted granddaughter, Martha Fleeks.  Dineace will be loving remembered by her sister, Gwendolyn Marie Stone and her brother, Leroy McWilliams. Stepdaughters, Kienandra Williams and Angela Phillip.  "Dean" will be fondly remembered by her 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.   Dineace was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ray Fleeks, Sr. her oldest son, Jerry Malone and brother, Charles Malone. 

She had a passion for collecting elephants and her flourishing plants, among her hobbies were playing bingo and preparing savory meals and desserts for family and friends.

Visitation will be on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, 1002 N Oakes St., San Angelo, Texas  76903.  Funeral Services will be on Saturday at 11:00 am at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels with interment following at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens under the care and direction of Gutierrez Funeral Chapels.
