Dora Mancha Garza

Dora M Garza was called to be with Our Lord and Savior on Thursday February 16, 2023 at Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, Tx, after a battle with lung cancer. .

Viewing will be held on Sunday, February 19th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Gutierrez Funeral Home at 1002 N. Oaks St, San Angelo, Tx.  A second viewing will be held at Gutierrez Funeral Home on Monday, February 20th starting at 9:00 am with Funeral Services starting at 1:00 pm.  Interment will follow at Fairmount Cemetery.

Dora was born on August 11, 1950, in Ozona, tx to Ignacio Mancha and Dora Vargas. She is proceeded in death by her parents and siblings Olga Mancha, Ignacio Mancha Jr., Delma Juarez, Linda Mancha, and her grandchild Crecencio “Chris” Mancha. 

Dora is survived by her husband Thomas Garza, her siblings Alicia Mancha of Temple, Tx, Arturo Mancha and his wife Carmen Mancha of Midland, Tx, Johnny Mancha and his wife Olga Mancha of Midland, Tx, and Terry Mancha of California.  As well as her children, daughters, Jeanette Costilla of Midland, Tx, Teresa Martinez and her husband Paul Martinez of San Angelo, Anna Mendoza of San Antonio, Tx, her sons Crecencio Hernandez and his wife Stacy Hernandez of Midland, Tx, and Jimmy and Andrew Hernandez of Midland Tx. She also has 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers  will be as follows: Jimmy Hernandez, Andrew Hernandez, Francisco Juarez Jr., Ignacio Juarez, Rudy Palacio, and Jimmie Nickolas Hernandez

Services have been entrusted to the Gutierrez family and Gutierrez Funeral Chapels.
