Douglas Gregory Hardin, age 55 gained his wings on October 21, 2020. Douglas was born to the late Lavern Hardin Sr and Gwendolyn Malone Stone on March 15, 1965 in San Angelo, TX. Douglas attended Lee Jr High and Central High School. He went on to get his GED. He worked several jobs t name a few like Trashway and Reece Albert Co. Douglas will be remembered as a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He will also be remembered as Uncle Cha Cha. Douglas loved being around his family and friends. He loved listening to blues music. His favorite was Bishop Bullwinkle “Hell to Da Naw Naw” as he would say. We listen to this song throughout the day every day. Douglas was preceded in death by his father, Levern Hardin Sr.; sister, Gladys Hardin; brother, Carl Harden; his grandparents, great grandparents, J.C.& Francis Gregory and a special cousin, Jerry Malone. Douglas is survived by his mother, Gwendolyn Malone Stone; brothers, Vincent and Levern Hardin, Alton Bowman; sisters, Pearl and Sara Hardin; nephews, Sidney, Whitney, Robert, and Cedric; Nieces, Tamika, Brittany, Tiffany, Charmayne, and Nicole; 8 aunts, 8 uncles; God sisters; Assyline Pickrom and Stephanie Jackson; a host of great nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
