Mr. Efren Aguero, 74, of San Antonio and formerly of Big Lake, Texas passed away on June 29, 2022, in San Antonio, Texas.
Viewing and visitation will be on Friday, July 1, 2022, at Iglesia Apostolica de la Fe En Cristo Jesus, 200 South Main St., Big Lake, Texas. Funeral Services will be Saturday at Iglesia Apostolica de la Fe En Cristo Jesus with Pastor Daniel Ferla officitating. Interment will be Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Glen Rest Cemetery under the care and direction of Gutierrez Funeral Chapels.
Mr. Subia was born on August 17, 1947, to Arsilo and Flavia Aguero in Big Lake, Texas. He married Josefa Cecilia Aguero on June 30, 1973. He is preceded in death by his siblings, Lydia Antonia Barrera, Jose Aguero and Consuelo S. Guzman.
Survivors include his wife, Josefa Cecilia Aguero and his children, Ester Valdez, Billy Joe Aguero and Efren (Frankie) Aguero Jr. HIs is also survived by his sister Rosa Owens and Alfredo Aguero. Other survivors include nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and one on the way.
