Esmeralda Cuellar

Esmeralda (Merle) Cuellar was born July 4,1950 to Roman and Alicia Gonzalez in Sanderson,TX. She was a life time resident in San Angelo,TX. Merle was a caregiver and worked for many families here in San Angelo. Many business people. She had many friends from being so close to the families of her patients. Til her last moments of life they were always there for her.  Merle was preceded in death by her parents and her step-father, her brothers, Roman Gonzalez, Raymond Gonzalez,  Steven Gonzalez, and Paul Gonzalez, and her partner David Reyes. 

Survivors include her children, Ananias Cuellar Jr, Jeffery (Layne) Cuellar, Michael Cuellar, and Liza (Jesse) Ponce.  Other survivors include her siblings, Susana (John) Nelson, Elva (Louis) Sanchez, Maryalice (Jim) Hudson, Lucy Gonzales,  Debbie (Rene) Padilla, and Sonia Chavez; her grandkids, Alicia (Danny) Flores, Hilaria (Albert) Lujan, Clarissa Ponce, Mariah Cuellar, Chasity Cuellar, Chelsey Cuellar, and Cameron Cuellar and her great-grandchildren, Jerimiah, Michael, Aubree, Makenzley, Easton, and her "Tuti" Amerae.

Also left behind to mourn her passing are her special  nieces, Selma and Sierra and best friend Emma Lopez.
