Eugenio Serna Reyes, Sr. of Big Lake, Texas / San Carlos, Coahuila, Mexico, entered into eternal peace on Friday, November 1, 2024.
Eugenio (El Sapo) was born on August 5, 1951, to Esteban Reyes and Belia Serna in Tamaulipas, Mexico.
Eugenio will be forever loved and remembered by his wife Graciela Reyes and his five children, Rosie Villegas and Ricardo Cervantez, Eugenio and wife Becky Reyes, Oneida Sanchez and husband Hector Sanchez, Juanita Ramirez and husband Gilbert Ramirez, Mina Chavez and husband Ray Chavez. Other survivors include his nineteen grandkids and 24 great-grandkids. They were the pride and joy of his life.
Eugenio was a longtime worker in the oilfield industry. He worked at Globe Well Service for many years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, two sisters, one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers to accompany him to his graveside will be Jacob Chavez, Justin Chavez, Johnny Chavez, E.R Reyes, Elias Reyes, Martin Lopez and Tony Ramos.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, 1002 North Oakes Street., San Angelo, Texas.
