Gil Garcia Lara Obituary

Mr. Gil Antonio Garcia Lara, 89, of Big Lake, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018. A Prayer service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday, September 7, 2018 at Iglesia Apostolica en la fe de Cristo Jesus in Big Lake, Texas. Funeral Services will commence at 11:00 am on Saturday at the church with interment following at Glen Rest Cemetery.

Survivors include two daughters, Rosario Villarreal of Friona, TX and Martha Contreras of Big Lake, Texas and five sons, Gustavo Garcia Segura, Jose Antonio Garcia both of Brush, Colorado, Guadalupe Garcia of Cd. Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico, Juan Garcia of Big Lake and Salvador Garcia of Friona, Texas. Other survivors include 23 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
