She was a strong caring woman who touched many lives. She had many close friends like Mr. Sam and Ms. Yoli as she referred to them. She also worked as an amazing cook for the school district for many years growing close with Norma Arambula, later in life as a school foster grandparent for many years also growing close with Edna Wolsfeld. She was always taking care of others and helping however she could. Many will remember her for cooking and especially the love she put into her dishes especially her potato salad, desserts, tamales and her famous banana nut bread.  She will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. There will not be a day she isn’t thought of. She raised her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to be strong and proud. We will honor her life by living our lives the best we can.

You are the Lord of all life, you brought our mother into existence and you have now called her home. We pray that she will enjoy the fullness of your presence through all eternity
