Jesse Salcedo went home to Him, our Lord and Savior on February 6, 2021 at the age of 58. Jesse was born to Julia and Jose Salcedo on September 26th, 1962 in Dimmitt, Texas.
In addition to being a dedicated and loving father and grandfather, Jesse also loved reading his bible, helping others, metal detecting, gardening, watching comedies and riding his motorcycle. Throughout his entire life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.
After graduating from King City High, King City, California, he attended College of the Sequoias in Visalia, California. After college, Jesse served in the Federal Service and the U.S. Marines for a total of twenty-one (21) years.
Jesse joins his mother Julia, father Jose and sister Lily and brother Fermin in Heaven.
Jesse is survived by his two (2) sons Nathan and Esteban Salcedo, his brother Joe and sisters, Lupe, Josie, Irene, Anita and Sally.
Viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels/North, 1002 North Oakes, San Angelo, Texas with a Funeral Service scheduled for 1:00 p.m. A Military presentation of the flag will follow by the American Legion Honor Guard.
