John Ray Garcia

It saddens us to announce the untimely death of our son, John Ray Garcia, age 44, of San Angelo, Texas.  John Ray was born in San Angelo, Texas on December 7, 1976.  

With memories strong and love so well shared, John Ray is survived by his father, John Luna Garcia (wife, Anna) and his mother, Josefa Rocha, and fondly remembered by his brother, Sam Sanchez (wife, Margarita), two nephews and one niece. 

John Ray served as a manager of a local restaurant.  John Ray was a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan, who tolerated all other football teams for the sake of his family and friends. 

Friends and family are invited to pay their respects to John Ray on Friday, August 27, 2021, at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels-North, 1002 North Oakes, San Angelo, Texas from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. with a recitation of the rosary at 7:00 p.m.  Funeral Services for John Ray will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels-North, 1002 North Oakes, San Angelo, Texas at 10:00 a.m. with interment following at Calvary Catholic, 1501 West Ave. "N", San Angelo, Texas.
