From the moment he entered our lives, Jorge brought warmth, laughter, and an unwavering sense of love. He was a devoted son, always ready with a helping hand, a listening ear, and a heart full of compassion. His kindness touched everyone he met, and his loyalty to family and friends was unmatched. He approached life with a spirit of generosity and joy. Whether sharing a quiet moment at home or embarking on new adventures, he made every day brighter for those around him.
The world lost Jorge Alberto Pérez on May 30, 2026, in Dallas, Texas, a son whose spirit will never fade. He was born in San Angelo, Texas to Pete and Maria Pérez, on August 13, 1987.
From his very first breath, Jorge radiated light, hope, and purpose. He lived each day with intention, lifting others with kindness, inspiring with his determination, and showing us all the power of a generous heart. His devotion to family was unwavering, his friendships deep and genuine, and his belief in making the world better never faltered.
From his earliest days to his final moments, Jorge lived out the timeless commandment to “honor your father and your mother.” He did so not only in words, but in the quiet, steadfast ways he cared for them, respected their wisdom, and carried their values into his own life. His devotion was a living testament to the love and gratitude he held for the parents who shaped him.
Jorge embraced life’s challenges as opportunities to grow, and his passion for trucks, especially his Dodge Ram, and the Dallas Cowboys, win or lose, was evident to all who knew him. He taught us that love is best expressed through action and that even the smallest acts of care can leave a lasting mark. He will always be remembered as the best uncle and a best friend to many.
He is survived by loving parents, Pete and Maria Pérez; his son, Jaiden N. Pérez; his daughter, Janessa M. Pérez; his brother, Eric Pérez (Alexis); and his sister, Crystalyn Pérez (Jaime Hernandez); maternal grandmother, Josefa Sanchez and numerous nieces and nephews who will carry forward his legacy of compassion, courage, and joy. Though his journey here has ended, his spirit continues to guide and inspire us to live fully, love deeply, and give freely.
