Jose Arredondo Obituary

Joe Arredondo, age 75, of San Angelo, Texas, was released from this life and entered into eternal peace on Sunday, November 7, 2021. Joe was born on July 11, 1946 in Uvalde, Texas to Jose Arredondo, Sr., and Herminia Ibarra Arredondo.  Joe is now reunited with his loved ones who have gone before him, his parents, Jose and Herminia Arredondo, his wife, Manuela Macial Arredondo, his brother, Bernardo Arredondo and a step-daughter, Linda Cantu.

Joe was employed with the San Angelo Independent School District for many years and enjoyed his years of service to the children, their parents and teachers at each school to which he was assigned. Upon his beloved wife's passing. he made his residence at Rio Concho Manor.  In retirement, Joe worked in the kitchen at Rio Concho Manor where he met many new acquaintances and enjoyed the fellowship of his fellow employees and residents.

Joe will be forever loved and remembered by his brothers; Arturo Arredondo of San Angelo, Texas, Pete Arredondo of Uvalde, Texas, Merced Gonzales (Tracy) of Campwood, Texas, John Gonzales, (Audra) of El Campo, Texas, and Juan Arredondo of Nebraska; his sisters; Carmen Gonzales of Uvalde, Texas, Patricia Chavez of Sabinal, Texas and Toni Jennings (Paul) of Abilene, Texas. his step-children; Willie (Sally) Aguirre, David (Irene) Aguirre, Carol (Carl) Bishop, Anna Marie (Edward) Taylor, his sister-in-laws, Anna (Ismael) Valenzuela, Janie Ortiz, Frances Nieves and two step grandchildren, he raised as his own, Mari Cantu and Roberto Chavez.
