Jose Guardiola

José Guardiola Estrada was born on April 08,1950, in El Pilar, Coahuila, Mexico.  He came to the United States at a very young age where he worked as a cook his entire adult life. Cooking was his way of showing his love. He loved music and loved to dance. He is survived by his daughters Alejandra Guardiola and spouse,Laura Guardiola and spouse, and son Emmanuel Guardiola. He is also survived by his grandsons Alejandro Vazquez and wife,Armando Aguilar and wife,Brandon Guardiola,Tariq Guardiola,Thiago Guardiola,and Mateo Guardiola.

Other survivors include his great grandsons Jordi Vazquez and Julian Vazquez, Nathan and Mason Aguilar. His Brother Benito Guardiola and multiple nieces and nephews.
