Maria D Contreras

Maria De La Contreras of San Angelo, Tx passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 22, 2020, after a long battle with Alzheimer’s, surrounded by her loving family. Maria was born on May 12, 1937. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Juan G. Contreras, her daughter, Elvira Contreras, 2 sisters, and 4 brothers. She is survived by her brother Cruz Torres and her daughters Linda and Neto Robles, Delores Contreras and Manuel Burciaga, Gracie and Randy Salgado, and Janie Nunez and Ruben Villarreal. She had 6 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. A Rosary will be held at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels on Oakes St. at 7:00 pm Sunday, December 27th and a Funeral Service will be held Monday at 2:00 pm at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels.
