Maria C. Moreno de Galvan

Maria C. Moreno de Galvan, 66, passed away on May 9, 2024.  Maria was born on January 28, 1958, in Cd. Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico to Leonardo Moreno and Rosario Ruiz.  Both of her parents preceded her in death. Maria and Fernando married 47 years ago in Ciudad Acuna Coahuila, Mexico.  Maria was a homemaker all her life and was a great cook. Maria loved music, especially Vicente Fernandez, and she loved her cats. She was a home body, she loved watching her novellas, and wearing her red lipstick. People always said red lipstick was her trademark. 

Survivors include her husband Fernando Galvan, and her children: Diana Rodriguez and husband Miguel, Blanca Galvan, and son Fernando Galvan Jr.  Other survivors include her sisters: Olivia Ramirez, of Dallas, Texas, Guadalupe Moreno of Ciudad Acuna, Mexico and Yolanda Moreno of Ciudad Acuna, Coahuila, Mexico. 

Also surviving to mourn her death are her grandkids: Miguel Angel Rodriguez, Cesar Cano Jr, Kimberly Rodriguez, Jocelyne Santana, Avery Guerrero, Adrian Galvan, and Great grandchildren Aryanna Cano and Mya Jade Rodriguez.

Maria will be missed by her family but know she is no longer in pain. Special thanks for all the care and patience from Angels Hospice and Park Plaza

Visitation will be on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, 1002 N Oakes St, San Angelo, Texas starting at 3:00 pm and ending at 9:00 pm.
