Mayte Patino

With profound sadness we announce the passing of Mayte Patino, 52 years old, on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, surrounded by her loved ones.  Mayte was born to Ambrosio Patino and Yolanda Martinez in Del Rio, Texas on February 8, 1971. 

Survivors include her father, Ambrosio Patino and his wife Olga Davila.   Mayte was the beloved mother of four children, Lisa Gloria and husband Rudy Gloria, Juan Valdez Jr and wife Juanita, Veronica Valdez and husband Brandon Fernandez, Hilaria Valdez and husband Ethan Gamez and her sister, Maricela Patino and husband Antonio Alejandro.  Mayte was a loving grandmother to Delyssia Lerrae Valdez, Juan Ramon Valdez III, Lyzana  Faith Gloria and Zayden Ramon Gamez. She leaves to cherish her memories 2 nieces and 3 nephews as well as 2 great nieces. 

Mayte enjoyed listening to music and spoiling her grandkids, shopping, dancing, and spending time with friends.  The family, and her role as a mother and grandmother was the most important thing to Mayte, this is where she drew her strength.  Being with her family was what Mayte enjoyed most of all. 

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, 1002 North Oakes, San Angelo, Texas.  Graveside Services will be on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Grape Creek Cemetery, 8810-9128 West Grape Creek Road, Grape Creek, TX 76901
