Paul Anthony Guevara

Paul Anthony Guevara, age 53, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.  Paul was born on September 11, 1967, in Menard, Texas.  He is now reunited with his stepfather, Efren Martinez Sr., his grandparents Paul and Rita Guevara and Uncle Armando Guevara.

Paul is lovingly remembered by his children, Paul Guevara Jr., Andrew Guevara, and Michael Guevara, mother, Maylou Martinez, brother, Efren Martinez Jr. and wife Janelle Martinez, and stepsister Viola Cervantes. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren.

Paul worked for Caliber Collison in San Angelo, Texas.  If Paul was not working, you could find him playing his guitar, loving on family, and spending time with his beloved dog Chico Bling. Paul enjoyed life, family members and many friends and was always there to brighten the lives of others. 

A celebration of Paul's life and the love his family has for him is planned for Sunday, June 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, 1002 North Oakes, San Angelo, Texas.  At the family's request, a private interment will be held at a later date. Serving as honorary pallbearers are: Sammy Guevara, Larry Guevara, Deryl Shields, Steve “Hoss” Escobedo, Jimmy Garcia, David Paul Zermeno, Ernie Guevara, and Mark Dust.

The family would like to thank San Angelo Police Officer Martinez and Officer Walston for their patience and kindness.  To the original Greezy Kracker fanbase, along with the many musicians Paul performed alongside with ...........Rock on!
