Mrs. Rita Carrasco, 78, of San Angelo, Texas, passed away on July 19, 2024.

Survivors include her children, Cenida Pasillas, Angie Mendoza and Lisa Kaihewalu. Other survivors include six grandchildren and several great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
