Roy Garcia

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Roy Garcia, our beloved husband, father and grandfather on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, in San Angelo, Texas.  Roy was born on August 17, 1964, to Joe Garcia and Guadalupe Espinosa Garcia in Cleburne, Texas.  

Roy will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Jo Lisa Garcia.  Roy is the beloved father of Joe Roy Garcia (Janet Garcia), Josie Garcia, Jessica Garcia (Hector Garcia), Pebbles Mendoza, and will be fondly remembered by his siblings, Sally Villarreal, Ramon Garcia, Selma Mitchell, and Robert Garcia. 

Roy's interests included hunting and fishing as well as a good game of pool.  Roy devoted much of his time and energy to his precious grandchildren. 

Roy's family will receive friends and family on Monday, May 9, 2022, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Gutierrez Funeral Chapels, 1002 North Oakes, San Angelo, Texas 76903, with a Prayer Service set for 6: 30 p.m.
